NORTH GAIA, BY THE PARK

Khatib Bongsu Nature Park is being developed as part of a National Parks Board initiative to expand the network of Singapore’s natural parks. The five parks in the future Khatib Nature Corridor also includes 4.8-hectare Canberra Park and the 40-hectare Khatib Bongsu Nature Park, which is expected to be completed by 2026. The future Khatib Nature Corridor will consist of five parks, including three new parks, recreation trails, and pathways for wildlife to pass. One such nature park will be located in Khatib Bongsu, an abundant mangrove and mudflat habitat along the north-east coast of Singapore.

The 40-hectare nature park will serve as a major staging ground for migratory shorebirds, complementing Mandai Mangrove & Mudflat Reserve and Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve. The Mandai Mangrove and Mudflat will also form part of the future recreation pathways along the Railway Corridor and the Round Island route.

NORHT GAIA – AN ICON BY THE PARK

The project is well-connected with the rest of Singapore, allowing residents to reach Changi Airport, Orchard Road, and Central Business District (CBD) within minutes. Located just 5 minutes to Junction 9, where residents have easy access to restaurants, supermarket and food options. EXECUTIVE CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS IN 2022 WE CAN EXPECT

Copen Grand is located in the Tengah Forest District, an imminent new district in Tengah, located north of Jurong Lake District. The location will also be one of the few executive condominium that is walking distance from the MRT, with the MRT at Tengah Town Centre only about 6-minutes’ walk.
